Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Service Activation

MailClarity is a license-based online platform. After your payment is completed:

  • Your account is instantly upgraded to Pro.
  • All features included in your plan become immediately accessible.
  • You can start using subscription management and email analysis tools right away.

This is an online service — no physical product or file delivery is involved.

2. License Plans

  • Free Plan: Limited features, free to use. No credit card required.
  • Pro Annual License: One-time payment for 1 year of access. No auto-renewal.

3. Refund Conditions

Due to the instant activation of our digital service, refund requests are evaluated on a limited basis. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. Refund requests are accepted in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing access to paid features
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service significantly not matching the advertised description

For refund requests, please contact support@getmailclarity.com within 7 days of your payment date.

4. Refund Process

  • 1. Send an email to support@getmailclarity.com with the subject "Refund Request".
  • 2. Include your registered email address and payment date.
  • 3. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.
  • 4. Approved refunds will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

5. No Auto-Renewal

MailClarity does not auto-renew. When your license expires, your account automatically reverts to the free plan. Renewal is entirely your choice.

6. License Expiration

  • Your Pro license is valid for 1 year. After expiration, your account reverts to the free plan.
  • You can renew your license at any time.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after license expiration. After this period, data is permanently deleted.
